  • Emergency Wall Funding Goes to Court

This ought to be an interesting evolution. If Trump won't listen to Congress, he will have to listen to the courts:

We are not now that strength which in old days
Moved earth and heaven; that which we are we are; One equal temper of heroic hearts
Made weak by time and fate but strong in will
To strive to seek to find and not to yield.

Don't worry about it. Mexico will pay for it.

          Not surprising.
Two Obama/Clinton judges outvoted the lone Republican.

And another judge finds the opposite.

Hanen held that the plaintiffs are likely to succeed in their argument that the program is unlawful because it oversteps the authority of the executive branch.

"If the nation truly wants a DACA program," Hanen wrote, "it is up to Congress to say so"

This mess will end up in the Supreme Court, and it'll be a watershed case.

If you actually believe that judges cannot make a determination in a legal case without regard to any political affiliation then I feel very sorry for you.

That also means that you wouldn't be able to either.
