Issuing a National Emergency order is legal. Congress gave that power to the President. It also allowed him to repurpose funds.
How the hell is it "immoral" to want to uphold US immigration law and stop illegal entry? What's immoral are sanctuary cities, encouraging illegal immigration, and the like. Those are immoral as well as in many cases, illegal.
"Wrong" is a matter of opinion here. I think a wall is a good idea. The Obama administration tried a "virtual wall" that Congress spent billions on and it was a total failure.

Even the NYT and WaPo call it a failure.

A physical wall will help, and it's much cheaper. But, the Democrats don't want effective immigration control. More immorality on their part.

Of course, the Democrats don't want effective immigration control, because more immigrants means more Democratic voters and for their financial bosses : more immigrants prevent wages to increase .And for the America haters : immigrants from s..countries will transform America in a s... country .
    Thus everyone is happy .

I think I have made my point. Swearing the way he does can only be attributed to a very poor vocabulary.
Seems odd to me that a former military officer and school teacher would find such a person to be someone to be emulated.
That says more about the person behind the OP than the subjects of his endless and trivial posts.

Nixon, who was as big a crook as Trump (except a lot smarter), resigned because the Republicans turned on him. Did they have a made up psychobabble malady also?
