      Acting AG Whittaker said no.

And where is either supporting documentation or source material for your fanciful accusations? And where is your proof that Mueller isn't honest?

The difference is that under the rule of law, Comey’s statement saying Hillary could not be charged actually established there was probable cause to charge her with a crime regarding the emails.

He said they couldn’t prove “intent”. The problem is that “intent” is not required to be proven for the crime in question. Only “gross negligence”.
By his own words he damned her and made it clear that the rule of law didn’t apply to her the same way it would to everyone else.

Trump is getting an undeserved pass from his 'base' which includes those here in lockstep with Trump, no matter how many lies he tells, how many people he defames, and how he ignores the rule of law.

Any man can hold his place when the bands play and women throw flowers; it is when the enemy presses close and metal shears through the ranks that one can acertain which are soldiers, and which are not.
