Who's "they?" This about Manafort. Giving polling information to someone doesn't equal election interference in any case.

Giving information about a presidential candidate in a presidential campaign to a foreign power is collaboration, if not treason. Manafort had no business giving any inside information on the campaign to a Russian national with ties to Russian intelligence. The question is: did Trump know about it.

Further, was Manafort the only one in the campaign doing this? I don't think so. Junior, Kushner, and Manafort met with Russians in Trump Tower during the campaign. Again, the representatives of a hostile foreign power.

And then Trump gave classified information to two representatives of the Russian government in the Oval Office.

          Coincidence? I think not.

It's been coming to light any day now for over two years, wake me when it does.

The Mueller investigation hasn't been ongoing for two years...more 'alternate facts'?

Manafort has been shown to have been dealing with the Russians during the campaign when he was running it. He is in debt to Russian oligarchs and this is from documents released by his attorneys.

Trump denies any knowledge of these goings-on. Can he be believed? Not by his atrocious record of lying and falsehoods. We'll have to see..

Given that the credibility of the investigators and legal staff has been thrown into question, Mueller has actually lost ground. Despite the desperate bravado of the dreamers (remember the bold claims that a tough judge was about the break the case open 'next Monday', only to have said judge rule against Mueller?) nothing has been accomplished, and the foundation of the entire investigation is compromised.

The haters always forget that in the USA everyone is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law, even if the accused is a man of success and power who makes disgraced ex-military bureaucrats feel inferior.
Any man can hold his place when the bands play and women throw flowers; it is when the enemy presses close and metal shears through the ranks that one can acertain which are soldiers, and which are not.

1 There is NO law forbidding an American citizen to have contacts with representatives of a foreign nation : Robert Kennedy had contacts with members of the Cheka in December 1960, Lindbergh had contacts with representatives of Germany .During the 2008 election campaign,Obama had contacts with Iran .Mark Elias (of the Hillary team ) contacted the Russians for dirt about Trump .
2 Your claim , without any proof: you were not present, that Trump gave classified information to 2 Russians in the Oval Office is a LIE , and, it will remain a LIE, notwithstanding the fact that you will repeat you claim continuously .
A lie that isrepeated 100 times remains a lie .

The New York Times scored here:

Trump's support for the Russians and Putin is becoming painfully evident.

There is a law that does not allow foreign interference in a US election. And it is also illegal to request assistance from a foreign government in an election. It is also illegal to divulge classified information to a foreign power, especially a hostile foreign power, such as Russia.
