The attempted deportation of Vietnamese refugees is monstrous:

    https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/us/tr...cid=spartandhp
“Forty-three years ago, a lot of the Southeast Asian communities and Vietnamese communities fled their countries and their homeland due to the war, which the U.S. was involved in, fleeing for their safety and the safety of their families,” said Kevin Lam, the organizing director of the Asian American Resource Workshop, an advocacy group. “The U.S. would do well to remember that.”

Trump dodged the draft so he wouldn't have to go to Vietnam and now he wants to get rid of those who opposed the Communists and got out when South Vietnam fell.

    Coward and hypocrite.

Blahblah : if a foreign government wants to interfere in the US elections, US justice can do nothing : it can not put this government in prison ,besides US have also interfered in the elections of other countries .
There was a law ,because it leaked out that foreign companies ,at the order/of not ,of their governments ,interfered in US elections : in 1996 Chinese companies donated money to the Clinton campaign . This is now forbidden ,but, if Chinese/Russians are made public their opinion about the candidates, this is not forbidden, even if they buy advertising in newspapers, because of the First Amendment .

If people study history at all, they would be so fast at declaring a one world DOA. \

England was a small country that became the UK. The US 13 small colonies. China many smaller warring nations. Russia was Moscow before growing. Germany not all that long ago was several hundred small kingdoms. The EU is a step in the direction of uniting Europe as one. Italy was may small kingdoms and now a united nation.

Never say never. In this case the march of history and for you idiots that make it all about politics your ignoring history. Nobody says it's going to happen in a life time but sooner or later...

The Republicans ought to embrace the opportunity to investigate this, thoroughly and completely.

The person at the center of this controversy is Leslie McCrae Dowless, Jr.

You can look up voters' histories in NC here:
      https://vt.ncsbe.gov/RegLkup/

This Mr. Dowless's history listed there. Does this really look like a Republican to you?

      https://i.iheart.com/v3/re/new_asset...0),quality(80)

More information on this story is here:

      https://wwnc.iheart.com/featured/pet...ming-clearer/#

The NC Democrats are good at their art. Because of a loophole in the 2018 NC election laws they were able to get one of their operatives, Chris Anglin, to register and run as a Republican for the NC Supreme Court in order to split the vote between two Republican candidates vs the one Democratic candidate. It worked and the Democrats got their girl elected. People do not look into who they are voting for.

NC is no stranger voting fraud.

Ah, something we can agree on. We cannot take it away from defense, because in this increasingly hostile world, we are likely to find ourselves on the wrong side of a containment policy. For those that want us to look at the European models, they have to explain why Denmark and Norway have backed off the welfare state, and the Swedish socialism are starting to lose grip on lower level elections. And, the French are rioting in the streets for more reasons than a gas tax hike and eco issues.

The fact checkers at the Washington Post have come up with a new category of Pinnocchios in honor of the continued false statements by President Trump. Here's an example of the continued 'faux pas' by his Trumpiness:

The lie will be followed by how many times Trump has 'mentioned' it:

-Biggest tax cut is US history-123
    -Overstating the US trade deficit-117
-The US economy has never been stronger-99
    -Inflating NATO spending-87
    -Started the border wall-86
-The US has loose immigration laws-52
    -Democrats colluded with the Russians-42
-Border wall will stop drug trafficking-40
    -US steel building new plants-37
-US has spent $6 trillion on middle eastern wars-36
-Thousans of MS-13 gang members have been deported-33
    -McCain's vote blocked Obamacare repeal-30
    -Mueller team is biased-30
    -Inflating the Saudi Arabia deal-23

The entire administration is nothing but a corrupt enterprise based on lies, distortions, and misrepresentations.

How anyone can support this person is beyond me.

This is in the reality is stranger than bull.... category.

The caravan organizers announced they'll all go home if Trump pays them $50,000 each.

When asked how the group came up with the $50,000 figure, organizer Alfonso Guerrero Ulloa of Honduras, said they chose that number as a group.

"It may seem like a lot of money to you," Ulloa said. "But it is a small sum compared to everything the United States has stolen from Honduras."

The group's letter criticized American intervention in Central America. They gave the U.S. Consulate 72 hours to respond. They said they had not decided what to do if their demands were not met.
      https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/world...cid=spartandhp

So, some Communist radical from Honduras wants the US to pay him to go away. I say we buy $50,000 in tear gas and flash bangs and give them their answer. It'd be a lot cheaper and much more fun to watch on TV.

Alfonso Guerrero Ulloa was wanted in 1987 for participation in a bombing of Chinese restaurant in Honduras killing 6 American servicemen and a Honduran.

Then the case became the focus of an international wrangle involving Mexico, the United States and Honduras when a schoolteacher implicated in the bombing sought political asylum in the Mexican Embassy in Tegucigalpa. The teacher, Alfonso Guerrero Ulloa, is wanted by Honduran police after having been named by a youth who was among the four original suspects. The U.S. Embassy has given the Mexicans information on the case to support a Honduran request for custody of the former student activist. Mexican diplomats have declined to comment on the fate of Guerrero Ulloa, who has been in their embassy since Sept. 17.
      http://articles.latimes.com/1987-12-...onduran-health

Mexico has granted permanent asylum in its embassy here to a man suspected of planting a bomb that exploded in a Chinese restaurant in August, slightly wounding six United States soldiers and a Honduran civilian.

Charging that the Mexicans are harboring a ''terrorist'' in violation of all international conventions, the United States has lodged a ''firm'' behind-the-scenes protest with the Mexican Government in Mexico City, diplomats in Mexico said.
      https://www.nytimes.com/1987/10/04/w...by-mexico.html

So, this radical, Leftist, Communist, terrorist, POS should be bi+ch slapped down as hard as we can do it.

Say what you wish about Nancy Pelosi, her intelligence level, her age, and whether or not she has dementia, but she and Senator Schumer handed Trump his ass in the White House today over the 'border wall.' And Trump made and reinforced the statement that if he doesn't get 'his wall' he will shut down the government. It's time for him to go back to the nursery...

    https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/polit...cid=spartandhp

    https://www.cnn.com/politics/live-ne...ing/index.html

    https://www.msn.com/en-us/video/news...cid=spartanntp

Since this is recorded I'd like to see how the Trumpers pass this off as 'fake news.'

Trump showed himself to be the inferior to Schumer and Pelosi in this discussion. In point of fact, he is stupid.

He is engaging in a battle of wits unarmed, as usual.

The bottom line is that Trump's wall is a nonstarter and will not fix any border security problems. Trump needs to move on and forget about the wall for two reasons: it won't work and is a waste of money and he is not going to get it.

This will undoubtedly upset the Trump cult on this forum, but the Persons of the Year is the press and journalists:

    https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/world...cid=spartandhp

People here tend to forget that a free press is necessary for a democracy to exist and thrive. And those that denigrate it (not criticize, those are two different things) along with other US institutions such as the judiciary, the FBI, the Justice Department, and the US intelligence services in order to justify the existence of one person in the White House are against democracy and the rule of law, just as the current occupant of the White House is.
