    americans are racist
The election of Barack Obama failed to usher in a post-racial US, with a new poll showing that 51 percent of Americans hold explicitly anti-black views. That figure is up from 48 percent in 2008, the year America elected its first black president.

It also seems a bit contradicting to have people argue that America isn't a racist country on one hand. Then on the other their response to the President pandering to racists and fanning the flames of racism is basically 'so what'. If the latter doesn't matter then how can the former be true?

Obama was perhaps a little more subtle about it, but I always felt that his sympathies resided squarely with the riotous and the professionally aggrieved.
Can we stop with the fake news. Obama condemned the riots multiple times, harshly. Only far right and white nationalist sites were spreading fake news claiming that Obama supported them.

He's had eighteen months to demonstrate his ability as president and has not demonstrated any talent in that matter nor has he shown any knowledge of or respect for the constitution.

His latest 'escapade' is to take away a security clearance from the previous CIA Director and then make a 'hate list' of those whom he dislikes because they have spoken out against him. And they are most, if not all, from the intelligence and law enforcement community of the previous administration.

Trump acts more like a banana republic dictator than a president of the United States. The best thing he could do for the nation now is resign.

There are valid reasons for revoking security clearances. Trump cited none of those for the revocation of Brennan's clearance. It also demonstrates that Trump is against the First Amendment.

Im not against Trump fwiw or Obama for that matter. Trump is very unique for a POTUS. Obama was just another regular old GOP or Democratic politician nothing to unusual. Trump otoh is currently married to his Third wife and has the numerous sex scandals plaguing him and that might come with the territory of being the guy from the Celebrity Apprentice, the former Atlantic City Hotel owner...Trumps lifestyle attracts vultures...make no mistake though only God knows if Trump is actually a bad or good guy, we should give him a chance.

Scott seems to be all about getting them dollas. Nothing wrong with that but conservatives are suppose to be dignified and modest. And when someone like Scott and Sharpton claim to be pious Christians well the working man will respond and realize wait a minute, this Scott guy is not saying things that Jesus would say. The Sharpton and Scotts of the world preach this big time message of Christianity yet they live in rich white suburbs.

Scott could present a much better demeanor especially if he claims to be a Christian leader. Start by getting rid of all the bling.

Trump treated black employees at his casinos differently from whites, according to multiple sources. A former hotel executive said Trump criticized a black accountant: “Black guys counting my money! I hate it. … I think that the guy is lazy. And it’s probably not his fault, because laziness is a trait in blacks.”

All this thread is, is one racist complaining about another racist.

Over the years I've provided countless different polls which you refuse to accept as even remotely accurate. You don't want to accept the truth. All I can say is get some black friends (not co-workers) and ask them what their experience is like.

We certainly can't allow you to lower your standards for your own posts, now can we?
That's already the case and I don't see any issue with it. Anytime I post an opinion about Trump I do explain myself. Only fools express an opinion without knowing how they arrived at it.
