  • Police Collusion with Neo Nazis

The records, which also showed officers expressing sympathy with white supremacists and trying to protect a neo-Nazi organizer’s identity, were included in a court briefing from three anti-fascist activists who were charged with felonies after protesting at a Sacramento rally. The defendants were urging a judge to dismiss their case and accused California police and prosecutors of a “cover-up and collusion with the fascists”.

In one phone call with Doug McCormack, identified by police as the TWP affiliate who acquired the permit for the Sacramento rally, CHP investigator Donovan Ayres warned him that police might have to release his name in response to a public records requests. The officer said he would try to protect McCormack.

Reading the whole article, it sounds like the Leftist protesters who got charged and their lawyers are looking for any way out of a conviction however thin the evidence.

In a response filed on Thursday, prosecutors said “every assertion” in the motion to dismiss is “inaccurate or fabricated” and accused Felarca’s lawyers of using the filing to “make a political statement”. The response also repeatedly blamed the stabbing victims for ignoring the district attorney’s inquiries: “Despite the fact that we have not gained the cooperation of these victims, the investigation to hold their attackers responsible continues forward.”
So, CHP is saying the defendants are making $h!+ up, unless you want to believe the majority or whole of the CHP are racist Right Wingers.

I'd sooner believe right off, given past history, that the Leftists are guilty of all sorts of felonies here, as charged, and that the Rightists involved got charged too. But, that the Leftist's lawyers are ignoring that in an attempt to paint the police as evil and get the charges dropped.

I'm amazed that anyone would be so stupid as to take such claims seriously.

But perhaps I am too harsh: perhaps no one is really that stupid, and the media is just flinging stuff out hoping someone will at least look at the headlines.

I remember the first Blues Brothers movie. The Neo Nazis had a guy in the State Police that traced the license plate of the Blues Mobile and got the fake address Elwood gave. Is it possible that once the movie was seen a lot of people started to assume the Police had some moles on their staff?

Great movie, but I would hate to think anyone saw any part of it as a source of data...

Although given the level of intelligence we're talking about, that could make sense.

Ironically, nowadays most local agencies get much of their data via Net-based subscription services available for a monthly fee.

Forget Big Brother, it's the private sector that knows everything about you.

Why try to hide the identity of the neo nazis then? While doing the opposite for the counter-protesters.

Those are claims made by the defendants and their attorneys. What was the prosecution's rebuttal to that?

Dont get me wrong Trump does not cut it when it comes to so called race and bigotry. But talk to black and white Americans of the middle class, they and I are not concered about bigotry, rather about bringing good jobs to the country. And Trump has not done anything to help the country as FDR did for example.

The Nazis and White Supremacists haven't committed a crime by having a protest it's AntiFa and other far left groups that are the criminals by using violence to stop them from having a peaceful protest.
Everyone has a right to speak their mind even if you don't like what's being said that's how a country with individual civil rights works.
Don't like it move to North Korea or Cuba where there don't have any civil rights and you're nothing but a piece of property to be used by the government.

                        Questions:

Is this particular "Neo-Nazi" (I use quotes because to Leftists everyone to the right of McCain is a Nazi) a witness to the case or otherwise possessed of specific documentation which he will need to be subpoenaed to appear and produce?

If not, then why are the AntiFa lawyers attempting to Dox a private individual?

Is the accusation, real or imagined, of being a Nazi sufficient to provide him with less protection under the law? Would you like your name and personal information to be published by the police to subjects who are actively hostile to you? How about if there was no lawful reason for the police to do so?

Well, the defense is opting for #3... They trying to smear the police because they know their clients are looking at serious prison time and are as guilty as hell.

                            This is true.

And it works on occasion; look at OJ: they were thinking deal until they found out that there was a moron on the detective team, and used him to bury a mountain of evidence.

You shouldn't have your name and details published for attending a lawful rally, but if you commit a crime there then expect it to become public
