The 32 percent approval rating Trump logged in the December survey was the lowest for any major poll since Trump was elected.

The majority of the Monmouth survey was conducted before Trumpís State of the Union address. Instant reaction polls found the speech was well-received, with a CBS News survey finding that 75 percent approved.

Monmouthís generic ballot survey for the House also has positive news for Republicans ó Democrats only hold a 47 to 45 advantage.

I understand yes, he did very well in his state of the union.

Along with his behaviour during his visit here, and his inauguration speech, I think I can conclude now he can turn his idiocy off for a short period when he deems it strategically important enough.

A plus imho, sets him apart from average idiots
