The House Intel Committee voted to release their classified memo on FBI/DOJ FISA abuse...

And FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe suddenly resigned rather than accept demotion...
FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe — who’s been under harsh scrutiny from President Trump for months — stepped down Monday after his superior proposed demoting him, according to a report.

McCabe has been expected to leave the bureau for weeks, but the abrupt Monday afternoon resignation stunned FBI officials and came just days after his boss, Director Christopher Wray, suggested demoting him over an upcoming inspector general report, two people with knowledge of the matter told The New York Times.

Possibly fake news... anonymous sources & The New York Times... Although McCabe did suddenly resign.

    A definite win-win...

Actually, McCabe didn't resign at all. He took terminal leave, approximately 60 days worth of leave with pay, of course. He doesn't report to work at FBI today. He's technically still a FBI employee until March or so, that's earliest he can retire with full benefits. But yeah, he was definitely forced out by Wray.

Also, the House voted to reject Schiff's push to release his counter-memo on FISA abuse memo. Good riddance to Schiff, as he's a perennial leaker. But at least the House voted to release Schiff's memo to the rest of House only.

All in a good day for Trump.

A good day for Trump is a bad day for the country and the rule of law.
We are not now that strength which in old days
Moved earth and heaven; that which we are we are; One equal temper of heroic hearts
Made weak by time and fate but strong in will
To strive to seek to find and not to yield.

Trump is doing a better job than Obama but that isn't saying much. What really sets Trump apart from recent presidents is that he understands the concept of having a job. For years we have had presidents that never had a real job in their lives. People need to understand that the presidency is an executive position not a stand in for emperor or supreme social worker. If your so shallow that you think the U.S. needs a public relations officer as president and still voted for Clinton you have some serious cognitive dissonance.
