This poll takes the cake as the most ridiculous that has ever been posted on this forum. In short, it is moronic.

If indictments are being handed down, the investigation being conducted by Mueller is not a 'fraud.'

Flynn, Carter Page, Trump junior, Kushner and Bannon at the very least should be indicted as a result of the investigation as they are all complicit in the Russia mess.

When the president, in the oval office, gives confidential information provided to the US by one of its allies to two high-level Russian diplomats, then we have a major problem in the current administration. Further, Trump has failed to comply with the law passed by Congress, and signed by him, to put sanctions on Russia as of 1 October this year.

And the repeated lying by Trump, Conway, and Sanders is getting to the point of redundancy. This is the most corrupt administration the US has had this century, and it is just not corrupt, but corrupt in the favor of an enemy of the United States-Russia.
We are not now that strength which in old days
Moved earth and heaven; that which we are we are; One equal temper of heroic hearts
Made weak by time and fate but strong in will
To strive to seek to find and not to yield.

More attempts to defend the indefensible by the inexcusable.

No one will go to jail for Russia-Trump-Collusion regarding the 2016 election... However, people will probably see jail time for totally unrelated crimes.

When you give a prosecutor essentially unlimited power to investigate people in search of crimes, they will usually find reasons to indict people.

If the Manafort indictment is totally unrelated to the 2016 election (99.99% probability), President Trump should pardon him the moment the indictment is unsealed.

So the President should pardon suspected criminals why? I hope he does, it would be one more nail for his failing Presidency.

Why? To shut down an out-of-control prosecutor.

I agree. Otherwise the special prosecutor will drag the process out for years.

Plus it will really **** off the liberals, which is and of itself as good a reason to do anything.

Their whining outrage only adds luster to a dynamic Presidency.

The Special Counsel is authorized to conduct the investigation confirmed by then-FBI Director James 8. Corney in testimony before the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence on March 20, 2017, including:
                              (i) any links and/or coordination between the Russian government and individuals associated with the campaign of President Donald Trump; and
(ii) any matters that arose or may arise directly from the investigation; and
(iii) any other matters within the scope of 28 C.F.R. § 600.4(a).

He should also fire Rosenstein for allowing Mueller any latitude at all.

This is akin to issuing a search warrant for something specific and whatever else you happen to find.

Investigating people, in search of evidence of a crime, is the antithesis of our system of justice.
