  • The true nature of AntiFa, and Fascism itself.

This is from a round & round I got into on another site, and I am bringing it here because of the way things seem to be getting confused about the base of the whole issue.
That confusion is being deliberately sown, I believe, by the extremists themselves. I include the Establishment Media in that category, even if it is more a matter of mercenary extremism for most in the media.

    The False Portrayal of Antifa
The media claims they only combat alt-right extremists organizations by counter-protesting to bring knowledge to people, they like to portray them as a peaceful protesters who are out to make the world a better place while protesting organizations like Ku Klux Klan, White Supremacists, White Nationalists, Neo-Nazis, and other hated filled organizations. There narratives tend to go like this; With the rise of alt-right extremists who were galvanized by Donald J. Trump who won the United States presidential election cause of them and the Russians, because he is too stupid to win the hearts and minds of the citizens and is a threat to our national security.

To combat this rise of extremists elements, Antifa peacefully campaign across the nation by protesting or counter protesting all the racists Trump supporters who want America white again and racist/anti-semitic political parties that are trying to expand their influence. By covering all Antifa counter-protests, the media hoped to galvanize the nation's citizens to help this benevolent group and remove Donald J. Trump from office. By completing their mission, they will help shape United States future to a brighter and better future.

This is a gross a misrepresentation of what this group actually is.

    Behind the Media's Fake Version
Antifa organization is a violent international organization that is willing to employ authoritarian toolset to achieve this goals. The Antifa is short for 'Anti-Fascists' who practice Anti-fascism, they are also referred to as the 'Black Bloc' due to their tendency to wear black outfits while donning masks to hide their identity. Almost every instance this group shows up to protest or counter protest, they use violence to shut down protests they don't like and republican political speakers on campuses across the nation.
One of the primary methods they use to combat their perceived Nazis is through character assassination of a individual they deem fascist, this action alone has lead to the destruction of innocent individuals lives; the way they achieve this is through a method called 'Doxing' which allows them to get a individuals private information so they could use to sham, extort, or harm a individual they have targeted. Examples of many innocents who had their lives ruined by Antifa has been document, but it is hard to prosecute any of the Antifa because how hard it is to trace the person who doxxed them and they routinely doxing conservatives on twitter.

Another tactic this group loves to employ is by filling bottles full of biohazardous fluids 'Urine or Feces' that they throw while counter protesting, this can easily transfer deadly viruses or STDs to their victims. There even been a incident of a acid attack where a antifa protester sprayed acid in the eyes of Baked Alaska who is now partially blind! There also been many instances of physical violence used to bloody and maim people who they are counter protesting to shut them down, many of the victims are Trump supporters range from high school students to black conservatives, even journalists and reporters are not safe from them.
There is also evidence of Antifa stalking and tweeting out the location of a conservative journalist named Lauran Southern, of course the media claimed she was getting people killed, which was a complete disregard for the truth. On Antifa's own website, they are calling for other members of Antifa to Attack and hurt Trump supporters (http://insider.foxnews.com/2017/06/2...rs-capitalists ) across the nation, a direct call for violence that is completely ignored by the Media. An ex-member of Antifa also speaks out against this group, telling his detail story about what it was like being a antifa member and how they operate.

Disclaimer: In no way am I endorsing the Ku Klux Klan, White Supremacists, White Nationalists, or Neo-Nazi's by condemning the Antifa. If you find information that could dispute any information that I have posted, please post it with a quoted paragraph from the link. If you feel like any of the forums have been violated, please do not engage in that individual and please report it to the moderators so we don't end up making their work harder

I will get into Fascism itself later on, that was enough for one post!

I agree - Antifa embers are merely domestic terrorists masquerading as a political movement.

Any organization that requires anonymity for its members is not honest.

You left out their equally extreme cousin, BAMN (By Any Means Necessary)

Just as violent and proud of it, they mean what their organization title says.

Truly a gang of soulless evil monsters, and possibly the worst of the lot. I have seen the testimony of people who have left BAMN, it was like escaping a Cult.

IMHO, AntiFa's similarity stems from the fact that they attract the same kind of people that the Fascists do; professional Losers.
Check them out, it is one of the most revealing things about gangs like the Nazi party or any of the rest; the all failed at doing something else before they turned to any radical -ism. It makes them feel powerful, it makes them think that they matter again. It allows them to fool themselves into thinking that they are actually creating something ... when destruction is all they can accomplish practice.

        Same crap, different armband.
Being opposed to Nazis does not sanctify anyone ... it barely qualifies you as being normal.

And speaking of that, I will do my analysis of Fascism tomorrow. It is bound to be controversial so I want a full day to deal with the blow-back.

Okay, here goes with the part that will REALLY get me in trouble ..

The far-Left been blaming the Right for Fascism since the fall of the USSR and its propaganda arm it has become a common thing for all on the Left to hold up Fascism as the real danger posed by the Right. It is now more common than it has been at any time in the past to associate the Right with Fascism.
And now... lo and behold, we have the Right trying to associate the Left with Fascism, based on the Socialist aspect of it.
Guess what? You are both correct, and both are totally wrong at the same time.

The idea I want to advance is that Fascism was a strange and unpredictable combination of both... in part because it was designed and used to destroy both Liberalism and Conservatism.

As practiced, this was indeed the effect it had. So let's stop being confused and using this as some sort of Toxic Doge-Ball, it was even more deadly than you guys seem to understand.

Exhibit one; World War Two; Fascist States deliberately launched wars of aggression against both the Capitalist West and the Communist USSR. And you had better believe, they meant it to be a fight to the finish.
Who else in history has ever done such a thing?

Roots; As a socialist youth, Mussolini declared himself an atheist and railed against the Catholic Church, going so far as to say that only idiots believed Bible stories and that Jesus Christ and Mary Magdalene were lovers. He even authored an anti-clerical pulp novel. But after taking power, Il Duce began working to patch up that relationship. He was using fear of Communism and the fact that most Italians were religious as his Taxis to Power. Fear and comradeship, twin pillars of extremism, but there is a cultural aspect as well-
The artistic movement "futurism", born in Italy in 1909; it emphasized speed, technology, youth, violence and was extremely patriotic. It was also tightly linked to fascism, which used its stylemes for regime propaganda and gave special favors to the artists. Stereotypically, 4 out of 5 of those things are not commonly associated with Conservatives.

            More about religion -
n Spain, Franco gained much popular support via the Catholic church simply because he did not favor the wholesale slaughter of Priests and Nuns. The Communists handed him an easy "free ticket" with that one. He ended up having to stick with that after all the other Fascist powers were eliminated, and going ahead with pure Fascism was no longer feasible.

The Nazis were anti-Christian to a surprising degree, and withheld their plans in that regard for after (what they believed would be) their victory. Hostile to Catholics, at least they left the Protestants alone... unless they spoke out. While most German Army graves were under the Maltese Cross, the SS and other serious nazis used the Y-shaped pagan symbol, often with a roof-shaped thing on top.

The Nazis were also full of contempt for the Aristocracy, the old families with a "von" in front of their name. Towards the end, Hitler was having them killed willy-nilly, and it is no coincidence that the man who came closest to killing Hitler was a Junker named von Stauffenberg.

            Right wing...?

            Socialism-
They were also ferociously anti-Capitalist, at least in their propaganda. They made use of industrialists like Krupp, and this makes people think that the Nazis were pro-Capitalist or just soft on the whole concept.

            This was not the case.

The Spanish Falange also held anti-capitalist positions. Falangist leader José Antonio Primo de Rivera in 1935 declared that "We reject the capitalist system, which disregards the needs of the people, dehumanizes private property and transforms the workers into shapeless masses prone to misery and despair". The Romanian Iron Guardespoused anti-capitalist, anti-banking and anti-bourgeois rhetoric. The Arrow Cross Party of Hungary held strong anti-feudal and anti-capitalist beliefs and supported redistribution of property.

            More from Wiki-

He {Hitler} distrusted capitalism for being unreliable, due to it having an egotistic nature, and he preferred a state-directed economy.[224] By the early 1940s, over 500 companies in key German industries had been nationalized, mostly accomplished through the creation of the Reichswerke Hermann Göring in 1937.[226] Multi-national industries in occupied territory were particularly targeted for state ownership, where the Reichswerke absorbed approximately 50–60% of heavy industry in Czech and slightly less in Austria.[227] Göring industrial empire was a major attempt towards "restricting private industrial capitalism and substituting a 'völkisch', state-run industrial economy."[228] Hitler's National Socialist regime was committed to an economic "New Order" controlled by the "Party through a bureaucratic apparatus staffed by technical experts and dominated by political interests," similar to the economic planning of the Soviet Union.
And don't forget, the Nazi occupation forces in the USSR did NOT disband the Collective Farms.

And before anyone on the Right starts getting smug, I would like to remind you that it was FDR that was the man most eager to combat Fascism in America. He held to that even when the pact between the USSR and Nazi Germany was in full effect and the Communists were mute about the evils of Hitler.
FDR was also doing all he could to become best-buddies with an arch-conservative named Winston Churchill despite Conservative opposition at home.

            Fascism is a Left-wing thing?

            My view;
It is foolish to try to put Fascism on a neat little chart that shows its exact nature vs. the Right or the Left side of the spectrum.

Fascism, in the final analysis, does not fit on the chart. It does not want to be on the chart, it wants to burn the chart and make up a whole new one... with only itself existing on that chart at all.

History writer gets schooled by grammar, idiot apparently didn't know what Nazi stands for.

Nationalsozialistische Deutsche Arbeiterpartei, The National Socialist German Worker's Party.

They were socialists. They were quite a bit MORE than socialists and certainly don't speak for all socialists but were socialists nonetheless.

I guess he never read the actual NSDAP platform (like the one other political parties have that outlines their agenda and goals).

                  http://www.historyplace.com/worldwar...r/25points.htm

Leaving their racist immigration policies aside, the platform is pure Socialism. There are some points where crony Capitalism (ie., the government controls what gets produced and heavily regulates corporations, but the means of production remain in private hands. Small business is trampled in favor of Big Corporations that are in bed with the government).

Start at #9 and go forward. It's straight out of what the DNC or other Leftist parties want today. You could reword most of those to easily find exact quotes by Leftist politicians almost anywhere.

A meaningless statement. First you're quoting Marxism of which not all socialists partake. Second, if that is your reason for claiming Nazis aren't socialists then you'd also be saying Soviets aren't communists.

Simple fact: Nazis were socialists. A tidal wave of excuse making has been presented in a desperate attempt to gloss over that fact but it's true. Just accept it. No one's saying modern socialists are comparable or similar to Nazis so there's no need to be defensive.

AND YOU GUYS ARE STILL DOING IT.

Perhaps the human race really is a biological dead-end.

The reason I am saying all this is because I think that Fascism itself has been over-simplified. Right AND Left are blaming each other for it, and trying to say it belongs to one or the other. I think that is disgraceful, on BOTH counts.

I already posted about why the Socialism in National Socialism fits, and there is no argument that the Nationalist part does too. Neither side should be accusing the other side of links to this thing, BOTH sets of hands are just as dirty, or clean... and it may have been designed with that in mind. You know, divide and conquer, or confuse and manipulate as the case may be.

Just as they did so well in the 1930s.

I know it is hard to let go of an widely accepted interpretation of a sacred totem, but think of this; Last time it went down in a big way, it required the united forces of the capitalism West and the Communist East to defeat these guys... and it was a very close-run thing. Half of the whole world's ancestors were being clobbered, until they united against the common foe.

If everyone is so worried about the second coming of Fascism, why is it that this last point never seems to enter into the equation?

You argue about NSDAP pogram by misunderstanding socialism meaning. Now you argue about how socialism could lead to comunism. If so, show in NSDAP program where it is written that country should be devastated by war, millions of Germans citizens to die and country split into two separate states.
