Donald Trump has reportedly frozen $10 million (£7.7m) of grants destined to counter violent extremism in the US.
Former white supremacist Chuck Leek, who has since become a volunteer with Life After Hate - one of the organisations that was due to receive government funding - said the white supremacy movement was becoming more active.

The white supremacist movement is far more active in the last six months than I have seen it in 10 or 12 years," he told CBS.

He believes that if these organisations can help change even one person’s mind “it might be worth it, if that one person had been Dylann Roof or the Oklahoma City bomber.”

"We came to this country for the same reason everyone else came here: freedom to worship," Yasir Abdalrahman, a worshipper at the mosque, told the newspaper. "And that freedom is under threat. Every other American should be insulted by this."
1st Amendment applies to all religions.

Saturday's bombing comes amid a rise in reports of anti-Muslim incidents in the U.S., including arson attacks and vandalism at mosques, harassment of women wearing Muslim head coverings and bullying of Muslim schoolchildren. Just recently in Minnesota, an Islamic cemetery in Castle Rock Township reported it had been vandalized with spray painted profanities and swastikas.
Anti-Muslim and swastikas usually means white terrorists. Seems like they have a growing network in Minnesota.

Being conservative doesn't mean being full of hate for others.

It never ceases to amaze me...

Leftists are so concerned that their own countrymen are just too darned Conservative .... that they will favor foreigners that are Ultra-Conservative, reactionary, and come from a culture steeped in violence.
Oh, and those damned Christians, they are too religious and therefore backwards, so why not champion the practitioners of a religion that has explicitly forbidden Social Progress for 1400 years.
Of course, that makes all the sense in the world!

And these dingbats wonder why the rest of us think they are insane....

At this point, declaring who is responsible is premature. It could be a hate crime, it could be infighting, it could be just an accident, it could be many things.

It's worth just keeping an eye on it, not rushing to finger the group we want to be responsible.

Over 90% of this kind of attack is one of those against the other. Betting on that in this case would get you no more than ten cents on the dollar in Vegas.

Give us one example in the US of this type of Sunni on Shiite or Shiite on Sunni attacks...

Police and federal authorities are investigating an early morning explosion Saturday at the Dar Al Farooq Islamic Center in Bloomington.

The report came in at 5:05 a.m. No injuries were reported.

Mohamed Omar, executive director of the center, said the blast happened in the imam’s office during the day’s first prayer. One worshiper saw a pickup truck speed off.

Agents from the FBI and the federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives are on the scene, along with Bloomington police. The FBI will take the lead on the investigation.
