    Doubtful
    My worst jump story:
My 13th jump was on the 13th day of the month, aircraft number 013.
As recorded on my DA Form 1307 Individual Jump Log.
    No lie.

Mm, there is absolutely no doubt regarding the schnorkel.

The fact that a guy claims that the weird little schnitzel on the sonar pic is a schnorkel , seems to be doubtful for the average Joe at Acg , no matter his political views

Incidentally, his "evidence" appears to be only apparent to himself many times, although he makes a good case for the type identification.

Interesting to note, however, that the orientation of the wreck on the sonar image changes dramatically depending on what piece of evidence he is "identifying", by up to 90 degrees at a time.

And the gyrocopter was not carried openly on deck, but in a water-tight compartment.

          More questions than answers...
And often not carried as it acted as a very good radar reflector - main use appears to have been in the Indian Ocean

How deep is the river at that location? Couldn't a scuba diver have just gone down and checked it out?

                Maybe they're French Canadian?

Too difficult to paddle that boat up river.

They used the top secret Arsch Gewaggen Device, which allowed them to move the rudder rapidly back and forth rapidly and swim like a tadpole!

                            Way too simple.

It was likely trying to find Oak Island.

No one has ever had a problem finding Oak Island. It's right there in plain sight, and it doesn't submerge.
