$3.5 Million Wisconsin Recount Completed. Guess Who Ended Up With Even MORE Votes.
    EXCERPT:

The colossal waste of time and money that was the Wisconsin recount has officially wrapped up, and the final tally is not what Democrats were hoping beyond hope for; in fact, Donald Trump came out of it with even more votes and a slightly larger advantage over dethroned Democratic candidate Hillary Clinton.

"Wisconsin’s historic presidential recount ended Monday resulting in a net gain of 131 votes for President-elect Donald Trump over Democrat Hillary Clinton, the Wisconsin Elections Commission said," the Wisconsin State Journal reports. "Trump added 844 votes to his total for the Nov. 8 election, while Clinton added 713."

Out of the total of 2,976 million ballots cast, the net increase ended up being only 837 ballots, a 0.03 percent change. In other words, rather than delegimitizing Trump's win, as was the obvious goal of failed Green Party candidate Jill Stein and those who backed her stunt, including Clinton, the recount just demonstrated how tightly Wisconsin runs its election process.

The Wisconsin Elections Commission chair Mark Thomsen underscored the point in a statement issued after officially signing off on the result.

"Completing this recount was a challenge, but the real winners are the voters," said Thomsen. "Based on the recount, they can have confidence that Wisconsin’s election results accurately reflect the will of the people, regardless of whether they are counted by hand or by machine."

In Michigan, we use the optical scanner. They are NOT hooked up to a computer on the Internet, these are just counting machines that have a permanent paper record of the ballots fed into it. Each ballot has a recording number that poll workers have to record. No punch card, just a card sheet that has to be physically marked with a black felt tip pen across the bar next to the candidate's name. If two candidates are marked when one should be, the machine kicks it back out. If told to accept the ballot with that error, no vote is recorded for that selection of candidate.

      However;

It seems that a large number of Detroit city voting districts have major issues with their record keeping on the number of votes VS actual paper ballots used in the machines. There are even issues with the votes counted not matching the paper copies fed into them.

Hillary could lose thousands of votes if a recount is forced through given the mess in Detroit, intentional or not.

^ In One Detroit Precinct 52 Ballots Yielded 307 Votes
        EXCERPT:
        ...
As a result, the state Bureau of Elections will be auditing 20 precincts in Detroit that couldn’t be recounted. Those ballots will be brought to Lansing for the audit this week that should last for at least three weeks, said Chris Thomas, director of elections for the state.

“We don’t have any suspicion of fraud. We generally approach this as human error,” Thomas said. “We’re going to take a look at them to make sure there’s not a need for further explanations. And we’ll be talking with Detroit staff as well going forward.”

One precinct in Detroit — precinct 152 — brought the problem to light when 52 ballots were discovered in the ballot container, but 307 votes had been logged in the poll book. The other 19 precincts that will be audited had similar problems.

“We were told by the Detroit Elections Bureau that a number of ballots were found in the tabulator bin and weren’t transported the way they were supposed to be,” said Fred Woodhams, spokesman for Secretary of State Ruth Johnson. “That’s not how it’s supposed to work.”

Most of the mishaps occurred in Wayne County where 128 precincts, primarily in Detroit, couldn’t be recounted because the number of ballots didn’t match the number of voters in poll books. One precinct from Gibraltar couldn’t be recounted because the ballot container was sealed with duct tape after the zipper broke and a replacement container couldn’t be located.

52 ballots equal 307 votes. Must be that expensive new math taught now-a-days.

          .
Given it is Gibraltar they probably consulted Red Green for their "handy" solution.

Or, maybe only the votes that the poll workers wanted counted were kept while the rest were disposed of. Can't have ballots of those who didn't vote the way you wanted laying about now can you?...

Jill Stein is now asking DoJ Loretta Lynch for help. If anything, her tenacity is admirable though.

There is a snowball's chance in hell that Loretta Lynch will or can help that obnoxious fool of a woman, she only has thirty more days in office.
