Is it true that Trump did not attend any Veteran's Day events? Seems odd for a president elect but I am seeing the rumor floating around.

The actual obligation falls on Obama, who is still the president. How many veteran activities did he attend?
Quis Custodiet Ipsos Custodes? Who is watching the watchers?

He laid a wreath at Arlington. That good enough for you?

The question stands, what did the douche bag do?

I wondered if etiquette required him to attend Veteran's Day events, but was surprised that he didn't attend one. That being said, I can't imagine the insane number of things he has to make happen before January.

Perhaps it would be better if the elections were moved to the preceding Tuesday. I could live with one less week of pre-election tripe!

Only an opinion, a wreath laying would have been more appropriate during Memorial Day. Visiting a VFW or something along those lines might have been better for Veteran's Day.

With the way that the anti Trump protesters are right now.....it's probably better that he didn't show up at an event.

This person is calling for Trump's wife to be raped:

It's an obligation everyone shares. And it is up to those in power to set an example.

Hadn't thought about it. Would have been nice for him to make some effort.

A good question. Or the nutjob party losers?

Who cares? She's not the president-elect.

So you only have to show respect if you've won an election?

That seems rather insincere, my son.

And yet the OP remains unanswered: Where was president-elect douche bag?
