The story is the rust belt...
“The time has come,” the Walrus said,
          “To talk of many things:
          Of shoes—and ships—and sealing-wax—
          Of cabbages—and kings—
And why the sea is boiling hot—
          And whether pigs have wings.”

I think it's not too much a risk to call the election for Trump right now.

That's because the candidate they bought looks like she's going to lose.

Gonna be funny to see the Republican top brasses now sending love letters to the Donald .
For what it's worth at 6.30 in France, your new president is Trump

                    • I am watching Bloomberg News and they are reporting the election in a way to make it sound like Hilary winning is good and Donald winning is bad. They are also making sure they mention the stock is going down to help sway voters.

                        • Its not difficult to see why Trump is doing so well. His supporters were so much more enthusiastic about his candidacy(sp) and leftist people should know she was never likable. That shrill screeching. Then hiding from the media for the last 9 months. Not to mention she is old and obviously something is wrong with her health.

                          • Looks like the Americans voted in a way that Trump can accept. Let's hope they do the same in four years. A candidate who won't accept a result he doesn't like is bad enough, an acting head-of-state doing this though...
Reaction to the 2016 Munich shootings:
Europe: "We are shocked and support you in these harsh times, we stand by you."
USA: "We will check people from Germany extra-hard and it is your own damn fault for being so stupid."

                            • Total respect to all those who voted Trump. Probably the most important leader since Martel. Who else has 1/10 the balls?

                              • Tomorrow will be a time to recognize that the right populist trend that spread throughout Europe has also spread to the US. It's a political shift in the developed world.

Tomorrow will also be a time to see how gracious either side is in the aftermath.
