So now it's official repatriations!

The six platform demands are:

1. End the war on black people.

2. Reparations for past and continuing harms.

3. Divestment from the institutions that criminalize, cage and harm black people; and investment in the education, health and safety of black people.

4. Economic justice for all and a reconstruction of the economy to ensure our communities have collective ownership, not merely access.

5. Community control of the laws, institutions and policies that most impact us.

6. Independent black political power and black self-determination in all areas of society.

Japanese Americans and Canadians for one lost a lot after being interned during WW2 and they don't go around making excuses for why they can't succeed in society like Black people do because they moved forward with their lives instead of constantly saying the government owes them an apology which has already happened and a living.
Don't expect anything to change in a 100 or 1000 years from now.

So, we'll eliminate police and prisons, along with the justice system and invest in gang ridden intercity schools how...?

The Jews received the best welfare ticket in history after they were gifted land and money. Unfortunately, blacks were still hated at the end of slavery which is the only reason they didn't receive anything for their suffering. I do agree though, it's too late. Thankfully BLM doesn't represent most blacks.

Did they not receive reparations from Germany? Land from the UK? Who was better compensated after a travesty, crime against humanity? The land deal was handled terribly, but they obviously deserved the reparations. As did slaves after it was abolished, but they received nothing because they were still viewed in a negative light.

I could not even get considered for a meter reader, because I was over qualified because I had an electrician degree. I am not whining too hard because I feel some minorities should have been offered a hand up, but discrimination is discrimination!

You tell em! I got nixed from the university of my choice due to affirmative action after I had received an acceptance notice. If that happen to the other guy, the university would have been sued and most likely lose the lawsuit.

You need to research the guesstimates of the family wealth figures that were stolen from the jews in Europe by the Nazis. The "reparations" are but a pittance. Land from the UK........they had to fight bitterly for it........

The slaves may have deserved something.... but there are none alive today.....and they had their freedom stolen........ but not their wealth.
