Consider Skolkovo, an “innovation city” of 30,000 people on the outskirts of Moscow, billed as Russia’s version of Silicon Valley—and a core piece of Mrs. Clinton’s quarterbacking of the Russian reset.

    [...]

Russians tied to Skolkovo also flowed funds to the Clinton Foundation. Andrey Vavilov, the chairman of SuperOx, which is part of Skolkovo’s nuclear-research cluster, donated between $10,000 and $25,000 (donations are reported in ranges, not exact amounts) to the Clinton’s family charity. Skolkovo Foundation chief and billionaire Putin confidant Viktor Vekselberg also gave to the Clinton Foundation through his company, Renova Group.

Amid all the sloshing of Russia rubles and American dollars, however, the state-of-the-art technological research coming out of Skolkovo raised alarms among U.S. military experts and federal law-enforcement officials. Research conducted in 2012 on Skolkovo by the U.S. Army Foreign Military Studies Program at Fort Leavenworth declared that the purpose of Skolkovo was to serve as a “vehicle for world-wide technology transfer to Russia in the areas of information technology, biomedicine, energy, satellite and space technology, and nuclear technology.”

OK, we've got info now the "So what" must be asked.
“The time has come,” the Walrus said,
    “To talk of many things:
    Of shoes—and ships—and sealing-wax—
    Of cabbages—and kings—
And why the sea is boiling hot—
    And whether pigs have wings.”

Posted from my phone on the bus from Basecamp Houston to the office... Just posting the article was an accomplishment, considering the ride.

      "So what?"

Let's see... Her Hagness illegally diverts State Department email traffic to an illegally unsecure private server, where she illegally mishandles classified information, and illegally fails to retain thousands of emails she was legally required to retain. The Donald sarcastically asks the Russians to look for Her Hagness' illegally deleted emails... And he is accused of treason and having suspicious connections to the Kremlin...

While, back in the real world, Dear Leader Chairman Maobama sells out our NATO allies to the Russians, while Secretary of State Her Hagness' slush fund is being funded by the Russians.

Otherwise, Her Hagness' actual Kremlin ties are just as irrelevant as The Donald's imaginary Kremlin ties...

Funny, explain just how and why this happened:

The United States switched on an $800 million missile shield in Romania on Thursday that it sees as vital to defend itself and Europe from so-called rogue states but the Kremlin says is aimed at blunting its own nuclear arsenal.
On Friday, the United States will break ground on a final site in Poland due to be ready by late 2018, completing the defense line first proposed almost a decade ago.
The full shield also includes ships and radars across Europe. It will be handed over to NATO in July, with command and control run from a U.S. air base in Germany.
President Obama cancelled the piece of crap and many many more times expansive Missile Defense and implemented the one that actually works. I said so at the time when Cons were posting on it, just like you did.

That was after he double-crossed the Russians (or they double crossed him). He doesn't just lie to Americans...
Obama had previously drawn criticism from politicians in the U.S. and Europe for canceling the Bush-era plan to station land-based interceptors in Poland and the Czech Republic in 2009. Obama was further criticized for announcing the change on the day of the 70th anniversary of the Soviet Union's invasion of Poland during World War II.

Conley said that announcement would "go down in the history of poorly timed announcements."

Obama was also caught on an open mic in 2012 telling then-Russian President Dimitry Medvedev, that "After my election I have more flexibility," with regard to the U.S.-led NATO missile defense system in Europe.

Obama's posture made the Poles and Czechs "very concerned" that the entire missile defense project would be abandoned by his administration, according to Conley.

But, she said, "What they wound up getting with the current system was more robust than they had anticipated."

Conley said that the Obama administration might have switched gears on the Bush plan in part because it may have been trying to "buy time in order to make the case" to Russia that the new system was not directed against them.

She referred to that period as "the heady days of the 'Russian Reset' and New START treaty," an attempt by the newly inaugurated Obama to repair relations with Russia and sign a new arms reduction treaty -- and signal that the missile defense shield wasn't a threat.

But she added, "Despite an incredible amount of consultations with Russia, the Russians never bought the argument that the system was not directed at them."

Tensions between the U.S. and Russia have increased in recent years following the Russia's annexation of Crimea in 2014 and intervention in Eastern Ukraine.

The point is that he directly told the Russian President that he would have more flexibility to sell out our NATO allies after the 2012 election, while Clintonistas were banking rubles.

The Clinton Money Laundering Network still kept the Kremlin cash.

And yet, the opposite happened, so the sell out theory fell on it's face, you forget to mention that.

Good, less cash for Kremlin is a good thing.

So recap, Obama sells out Poland. False. better system deployed that will actually provide defense. Actual events vs Rightwing articles and theories.

Nothing that has happened since 2012 alters what actually did happen in 2012.

The point remains that Maobama directly told the Russian president that he would have more flexibility to sell out our NATO allies after the election while Secretary of State Her Hagness was banking rubles in 2012. While my language is colorful... These are cold, hard facts.

Yet, today, we have an endless stream of moronic accusations that Trump committed treason when he joke about Her Hagness' illegal diversion of State Department email traffic to an illegally unsecure private server, where she illegally mishandled classified information, and illegally failed to retain thousands of emails she was legally required to retain.

He did no such thing first of all. Second of all, facts show what they show. US cancelled ineffective missile system and instead install an effective one, a direct refutation of the cry and whaling from the Right in 2009. Proven fact. Yet of course that was the first thing you grabbed and threw in.

Demonstrate any Selling out of NATO buy the US. One thing please since the early attempt failed.

                  Abject nonsense.

He cancelled the Bush-era missile shield in 2009. He told Medvedev that he would have more flexibility to sell out our NATO allies in 2012.
“On all these issues, but particularly missile defense, this, this can be solved, but it’s important for him to give me space,” Obama can be heard telling Medvedev, apparently referring to incoming Russian president — and outgoing prime minister — Vladimir Putin.

“Yeah, I understand,” Medvedev replies, according to an account relayed by an ABC News producer, who said she viewed a recording of the discussion made by a Russian camera crew. “I understand your message about space. Space for you . . .”

“This is my last election,” Obama interjects. “After my election, I have more flexibility.”

Medvedev, who last week demanded written proof that Russia is not the intended target of U.S. missile defense efforts, responded agreeably.

“I understand,” he told the U.S. president. “I will transmit this information to Vladimir.”

                  https://www.washingtonpost.com/polit...lbS_story.html

The fact that he subsequently crawfished on the Russians doesn't alter what he said or the fact that the Clinton Crime Syndicate was banking rubles when he said it.

Report raises questions about ‘Clinton Cash’ from Russians during ‘reset’
By Laura Italiano July 31, 2016

There’s more “Clinton Cash” trouble for Hillary.

A report out Monday, “From Russia With Money — Hillary Clinton, the Russian Reset and Cronyism,” raises serious questions about the cash connections between the Clintons and participants in the State Department’s failed five-year effort to improve, or “reset,” US-Russia relations during Hillary’s reign as secretary of state.

Key players in a main component of the reset — a Moscow-based, Silicon Valley-styled campus for developing biomed, space, nuclear and IT technologies called “Skolkovo” — poured tens of millions of dollars into the Clinton Foundation, the report by journalist Peter Schweizer alleges.

                    [...]

Yet, “Of the 28 US, European and Russian companies that participated in Skolkovo, 17 of them were Clinton Foundation donors” or sponsored speeches by former President Bill Clinton, Schweizer told The Post.

“It raises the question — do you need to pay money to sit at the table?”

In one example cited by Schweizer, Skolkovo Foundation member and then-Cisco CEO John Chambers donated between $1 million and $5 million in personal and corporate cash to the Clinton Foundation, the report says.

But Skolkovo wound up making America less safe, Schweizer argues, because it shared advanced US technology that Russia can develop for both civilian and military applications, a concern raised already by Army and FBI officials.

Many of Skolkovo’s research projects involved “dual-use” technologies, meaning they would have both civilian and military uses, the report said, citing one in particular — a hybrid airship called an “Atlant” developed at the Skolkovo Aeronautical Center.

“Particularly noteworthy is Atlant’s ability to deliver military cargoes,” including “radar surveillance, air and missile defense and delivery of airborne troops,” the Skolkovo Foundation bragged in a document Schweizer cites.
