    http://www.al.com/opinion/index.ssf/...pinion_article

Please take a minute to read the article it aint long. It is a nice list of the skank that goes on here from top to bottom. Sadly it aint all inclusive, now that would be a long, long article.

These days, politics is dirtier than Organized crime.

I live in Fremont County in Colorado, notoriously the most corrupt county in the state, and in Colorado that means Democrats, so it's everywhere, really. "Power corrupts, and absolute power corrupts absolutely", remember? It will never change because humans are inherently venal, corrupt and often sociopathic.

You all talk as if "politician" is an ethnic or race, born as such straight out of the womb.

You don't suppose they are a reflection of the citizens and voters whom are indifferent and uninformed as they elected them.

I'm sorry, Seb...I wish I did. I've read enough over the years about your politicians to know that you have the same problems, compounded by the habit Frenchmen seem to have of keeping mistresses.

Of course, you haven't elected a female porn star to your Parliament like the Italians did!

Be nice. She's getting along in years now. You might say that she's hit the wall.

And that the wall hit back.

Our Gov has one of those too.

Hell we have a trifecta going on; all 3 branches of state government heads are in deep poo. The poor Luv Guv, erm excuse me, Doctor Governor or Governor Doctor, however this jackwagon said we had to address him as, has had a tough time lately. Two days after getting elected on no new taxes he states that Alabama is broke (like no **** Sherlock we stay that way) and he needs like $700 million. Then he gets a divorce from his wife and has an affair scandal blow up in his face.

Our Speaker of the House is in court for 23 felony violations of the ethics law he authored. Don't despair dear hearts, the trial is in his home district, so I predict a hung jury.

Our Chief Justice the illustrious Roy Moore already has a thread rattling around here about how he is fighting the good fight against the gays and them thar tranny folk. I figured he will get canned again so he can win another election. That lost cause stuff just sells so very well down here.

Below that, as covered in the article it don't get no better, we got felons re-elected to office involved in assaults involving a baseball bat. Heck there is even a good kick in the nuts.

We done progressed, that racist stuff aint the sweet, sweet, red meat, Sheriff Joe style anymore; God, Family Values, and fighting them thar evil Liberals gets it done now. We done had some Republicans win their primaries over going off to Washington and fightin' Obama.

He meant EVERYWHERE, and it is in my experience that is the case.
