Hardly makes a persuasive argument against it. Yes, Social and Economic Justice is crap and anything but a "science," but they need to make a much better argument against it than they have.

      The Vid tells the tale.
I just wish they could have made it w/o having to use the F-bomb.

Rather than arguing against it with mostly vitriol and rage, they should have focused on real examples of just how insane the whole Social and Economic Justice movement is. It's not hard to do.

The best examples I can find come from the field of education where there is an abundance of idiocy on this subject. From lesson plans that are clearly insane, to discussions about how teachers need to become Social and Economic Justice advocates, and everything in between.

When you start reading up on this subject among teachers and academics at universities and then do even a small amount of background research on the sources and writers on this subject you find the (and no, this is no stretch at all) majority are hard line Socialists and Communists wanting "a transformative pedagogy" or other like academic jargon. In the end they want to indoctrinate every student in a public school into becoming a dedicated Leftist radical and believer in their own Leftist political thinking.

        Start here, for example:

Common sense is the only argument needed.

For adults maybe, but when schools have become liberal indoctrination centers it's hard to convince kids that all the propaganda they've been fed is lies. How many of us have had our kids come home from school with some fresh new liberal concept bouncing around in their heads and rolled our eyes? As a parent it's hard to convince them that their teachers are full of crap...after all they are people who are paid to teach and are supposed to be qualified. I've had to argue with my own kids several times. Schools are teaching liberal thought more than math and science in my opinion.

And the best place to start is by using the very materials from those you oppose to argue against their position...

And what better truth is there than examples from Social and Economic Justice advocates themselves to prove how insane their ideas are?

For instance, I have a list of curricula that was part of a teacher's conference by the TSJ (The website listed above) from 2008. It includes such topics as:

Language arts: Every boy, every girl (gender identity) suitable for grade 4 and up.

Mathematics grades 7 to 12: "Stealing of the 2004 and 2008 presidential elections. Using mathematics to study whether the 2004 & 2008 presidential elections were stolen.

Want to bet on the outcome of that lesson?

Language arts (grades 9 to 12): Feminism Israel / Palestine, racism, community leadership curriculum and resources.

This is in an "English" class?

The American Friends Service Committee has a booth present: Do you know enough to enlist?
It is billed as a "counter enlistment" activity.

Language arts grade 11 - 12: Gender, class, post colonialism. A critical approach to the senior research paper: Teaching Marxist, feminist, and post colonial criticism to regular level seniors.

That's a sample of the typical stuff this group puts out. Their members teach in US public schools today. They are even "mainstream" in many of those schools.
