That nut was, still, only reacting to in instigator. (Albiet poorly.)

You gotta admit, the guy who nuked her with pepper spray was one hell of a shot! He didn't get anybody but her and put it right square in her face.
Normally, you see those around the target get "collateral damage" from a shot like that but it doesn't look like anyone else caught any of it.

Protests, yes, provocation and instigation no!
The BLM protester is lucky that she only got maced, if she threw a punch at me she would have found herself on the floor looking up at me wondering what happened.

If your at a Trump rally and the protestors start getting nasty, back off and inform a SWORN LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICER. Let them deal with it. Do NOT give protestors what they want. They want to make Trump supporters look like out of control fascist stormtroopers. Stop playing into their plans.
Who can say how other candidate's supporters would react if they routinely had a crowd of protesters at every event for their candidate? Just judging by other recent events, like Ferguson, Baltimore etc. I would think that the response by some would be more extreme than Trump's supporters have so far shown. Not to mention the most violent group in the entire campaign so far was in fact the BLM and Arab student groups that were Sanders supporters, who attacked a bunch of people in Chicago (including cops). The screeching, whining liberals are setting a precedent that will probably continue for many elections to come.

Maybe in Belgium, or whatever fantasy world you inhabit but in the USA protesting at political rallies is protected in the Bill of Rights, specifically:

"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances"

Now, if you break the law at a political rally by assaulting someone else because they disagree with you, or even if the person in question is deliberately pushing your buttons to instigate something, like the old coot that cold cocked a protester a couple of weeks ago, you should be arrested for assault as you have no enshrined right to assault someone that does not agree with you, even if they are saying deplorable things about your mom or your sister; any questions?

Wrong : going to a political rally to interrupt the candidate is attacking his freedom of speech .

If Trump is organising a meeting, he defines the rules and you have to sit down and shut up till he gives you the consent to speak .

They are simply playing a game where you don't irritate people to the point that they come to interrupt you.
If the dirty little bastards with the long beards ,haranguing the crowd in the public parks in London , were more frequently silenced by the citizens , we'd breath a better air.
