  • US officially admitting Iran has broken treaty

Well, that didn't take very long. Seems the Obama administration is asking the UN for action on Iran breaking their treaty that wasn't a treaty, or whatever it was...

Looks like Obama's negotiating skills once again have proven nil.

UNITED NATIONS, March 29 (Reuters) - By launching nuclear-capable missiles Iran has defied a United Nations Security Council resolution that endorsed last year's historic nuclear deal, the United States and its European allies said in a joint letter seen by Reuters on Tuesday.

I guess you don't understand that missiles were not included in any way shape or form in the nuclear agreement with Iran, don't you????

          More cluelessness.

              Why is this happening?:

"By launching nuclear-capable missiles Iran has defied a United Nations Security Council resolution that endorsed last year's historic nuclear deal, the United States and its European allies said in a joint letter seen by Reuters on Tuesday."

Why is the US and its European allies saying that it defied the security resolution?
"I don't discuss sitting presidents," Mattis tells NPR in an interview. "I believe that you owe a period of quiet."

The UN Security Council resolution has is not related to the Nuclear Agreement between Iran, US, Germany, France, UK, China and Russia.

What, you mean to say appeasement didn't work? How could that be?

It wasn't a treaty... So Iran is pretty well free to do anything it wants. Maobama's legacy is far more important than national security or Israel's existence.

Your applying OUR terms to the agreement. No they are not free to do as they please.

Simple question Doc, before the agreement how many KG of 5% Uranium did Iran have in its possession? How much 20% Uranium did they have? How much do they have now? Without the agreement how much would they have?

                        Less than they have now.

Face it, CE, we told you this would happen. Caving in did not create 'peace in our time'.

You need to start accepting the world as it is, not as you wish it was.

Yep... Maobama unilaterally surrendered to Iran simply so he could spike a football and do a victory dance...

Iran's recent missile test highlights one more weakness in the Obama administration's nuclear accord.

                            By James S. Robbins Mar 15, 2016

The United States is quickly discovering how tragically impotent the nuclear deal with Iran is. Last week, Iran tested two new ballistic missiles that the United States claimed violated United Nations restrictions on Iran’s missile program. The White House suggested imposing a new round of sanctions but abruptly ran into legal turbulence. It seems that the nuclear deal may make it difficult, if not impossible, to rein in Tehran’s ballistic missile ambitions.

There was never any explicit linkage between Iran’s nuclear and missile programs in the negotiations with Iran and six world powers – the U.S., Russia, China, Britain, France and Germany. The topic of limiting Iran’s missiles came up early in the proceedings, Iran balked and the United States dropped the matter.

We were expressly assured that the ballistic missiles were covered. That was a ****ing lie!!!!!
