Only if you exercise your right to vote. Not voting, as in the last election and the coming one, is a vote for Obama and for Hillary, respectively.

Hillary stated in her one interview that she wanted to raise taxes. She's another tax and spend Democrat which we don't need.

    Sincerely,

That's assuming everyone that abstains from voting would be voting republican if they did vote.

I'm thinking that at this point, there are plenty from both sides of the aisle that are sick of the BS.

Exactly. Not all blame can be pinned on the Dems or even the Libleft.

Both sides have their heads so far up their youknowwhats and are so deep in the pockets of big corporations that no one's that good any more. Conservative, Liberal, Republican, Libertarian, Democrat, Right, Left; corruption and incompetence knows no labels nor names in our government.

Taxes are a necessary thing, not necessarily a good thing. If they stifle economic expansion, as they are doing now on the corporate level, they are not good at all.

            Sincerely,
            M

What is your evidence that the current tax rate in particular is stifling economic expansion?

Its the current corporate tax rate which is the highest, if I'm not mistaken, in the western world. That's why companies are not expanding in the US and are moving off shore.

And Hillary Clinton stated in her one interview that she wanted to raise taxes yet again.

                Enough is enough.

                Sincerely,
                M

Our corporate tax rate is one of the lowest in the world. What are you talking about?

So you're saying you want big corporations to have even more money to bribe even more politicians to serve them even more frequently?

If you look at just the cited corporate tax rate the US is pretty high. If you widen the lens a bit and look at all taxes as a percent of GDP, taxes in the US are quite low.

The US should probably lower its corporate rate, but the problem is in the US it is politically impossible to match these cuts with the raises in other taxes used in other countries to make up the difference in revenue.
