I almost posted this back when it happened.

    First the facts.

An Indian man who IS a US citizen brought his father (the person assaulted) over to help with his 17 month old son, while he attends college at night to get a masters degree. A neighbor spotted the father walking in the neighborhood and called 911. The caller stated their was a black male walking around looking in garages and he was concerned for his wife and child, but apparently not concerned enough for contact with the police as he stated he was on his way to work. The police arrive and attempt to question the man who replies that he does not speak English and is Indian. They continue to try and question him and then the Officer does a take-down on him. This officer was a training officer and was training the other officer in the video. Afterwards they attempt to stand him up and make him walk. The supervisor that the dashcam footage in the below article has then calls 911.

I will do some poking around and see if I can find the article with the other dashcam and 911 call. The other has sound and the whole incident is rather pathetic.

Found it, that actually took less time than I thought.

This article has the full dashcam video. The bit in the OP from the BBC was spliced. It also has the 911 call. Full video with sound is at bottom of article, again it is quite embarrassing.

Want to translate that into English?

Are you just trolling or are you legitimately incapable of looking at what other people post? I'm not even upset, I'm just a little worried for your health at this point.
