I still think it would qualify for indecent exposure. So a five year old girl could be walking by and see him. That is stupid.

I had the exact same thought on the BB gun.

I also wondered how far I would go 'if' it was one of my neighbors. Might be worth some jail time slapping the **** out of the guy.

Yes, a man's home is his castle and all that. I would've thought that a pillar of the conservative position.

Let me guess, you also think that people should be allowed to yell fire in a theatre.

          Yell bomb on an airline.

Why in the world are you instigating?

You really think conservatives would be for standing naked in a doorway?

              Hi Paul

It was a sarcastic comment, hence the shocked statement in my post.

People metaphorically yell fire all the time, but its viewed as an Opinion nowadays. One just has to look at some of the flim-flam threads within the NA section. Some are real news, others are just Fire Yelling based on someone else's Opinion piece.

On this specific issue, this guy should be made aware of the concern his actions are causing within the community, but unless he's doing it deliberately or as a provocation (sexual or otherwise) I'm not sure what laws he's breaking.

There was a guy near me who kept his drapes open whilst some porno was playing on his wall mounted 72" Plasma. I could have reported it I suppose, but I just closed my drapes.

The line between public & private is flexible within the eye of the beholder and if these actions violate your own personnel set of beliefs. There are many on here who jump up and down about the sanctity of civil rights & constitutional protection etc but again not for all and only when it gels with their own.

Anyways I bid you a great Sunday with family & friends, as am I

              Regards

I don't think he's breaking any laws at all. He's in his house.

I look at it this way: If you don't like what he's doing, don't look. Now if he was outside, that's another story.

Surely what you wear (or don't) in your own house is your business.

I might be tempted to drop him a line, or make a joke about it, but prosecution is ludicrous.

This doesn't happen in Scotland, of course, because he'd freeze to death.

Typical liberal thought...it's okay for the guy to be standing naked at his door for all of the children to see.....

I guess you would be okay with him standing at his door with a loaded AR-15 at the ready....

This year alone, police were called to the home four times, the report said.

                        Hi Paul

Four times and still no arrest or charges!
I'm no lawman but that's either because he's not breaking any laws or the Police are incompetent in prosecuting the law as it stands (if it stands) on this matter.

I would hope that in the absence of any illegality, the court of local public opinion will suffice to shame him (and sadly his family if he has any) into changing his behavior. Sadly they'll know doubt be some hot-head who'll look to go that one step further in dealing with this guy, and get their 15mins of fame.

                        Regards

Yep, we have naked men riding public transit too. There have been many complaints to police but they can't do a thing about it, until it becomes illegal to do so.

                            Hi Andy,

I didn't post that to show that he was breaking the law. I posted it in response to this:

I would say that after 4 visits this year by the police....he knows his actions are causing concerns.

We have many places for people like this fella to go let it hang. There are nude beaches up and down the coast and nudist colonies scattered everywhere, but some just prefer the shock value.

This is one of the reasons that I'm very happy that I can't see any of my neighbors houses from mine.
