    Different states, different rules.

In Texas, anything that obscures the data on the plate, including dirt or snow, is a fine of up to $500 and court costs.

The plastic covers won't impede a late-model LP reader, though.
Any man can hold his place when the bands play and women throw flowers; it is when the enemy presses close and metal shears through the ranks that one can acertain which are soldiers, and which are not.

We are the bad guys as long as we have the ability to take their power away.
      My worst jump story:
My 13th jump was on the 13th day of the month, aircraft number 013.
As recorded on my DA Form 1307 Individual Jump Log.
      No lie.

Sweet Jesus guys! If you keep posting stuff like this, MM will be hiding in his closet wearing a tinfoil hat so that the 'government' can't read his mind. He will think the honey bees out front of his home are actually robotic drones, spying on him. Everybody driving a black suv will be wearing mirrored sunglasses like Tom Cruise wore in Top Gun. Oh, for the sakes of humanity, make the voices in his head stop talking.....
