New Site - PLEASE READ

Hello All,
My name is Ashley and I am the one that moved the forum to its new hosting location. This was done for security reasons and try to keep the forum from going down every other day. I understand that the new forum looks very different from the old one but I promise almost everything you had before you still have it might just be in a different place.

Items that are gone due to a limitation of the new hosting/ forum update:
- Awards
- Flags

As I was going thought your posts I was able to fix a lot fo the issues you were listing. Below is kind of a running list of issues an what is fixed and what I am still working on.

Items that I have fixed from your comments:
- Smilie are now working.
- Color/Theme changes
- Signature are now showing up. (Here is how to edit them https://screencast.com/t/OJHzzhiV1)
- Ranking is now showing up.
- Private messaging is now working.

Some issues I am still working on are:
- Missing items from the Calendar
- Like button the posts is giving an error.

One other note I have seen a lot is theme/color related items. I know this is important to all of you but at the moment the most important thing was getting you back a functioning forum with as many features I can get you back from before.

Theme/color is something we can change but it the moment I do not have the time and resources to fix all of the issue and design the site. I did do some theme updates yesterday but it is very time consuming. Please just be patient with the forum as we get it back to as close as I can to what you had before.

If anyone has any issues that they are running in to please let me know in the post below. Please give me as much detail as possible .

Somewhere I have a PGR map... I have lots of sea level graphs... But I'm kind of lacking in "God's anger" and "pact with Satan" graphics.

What kind of time scale are you looking for?
I'd go with a log scale on the Y axis plotting the population against the number of casinos over time. Otherwise slasher movies released per year might be a good index.
Any metaphor will tear if stretched over too much reality.

      D'Oh! Why didn't I think of that?

Danny Glover. Another self absorbed actor that believes the world can not survive without his opinion. Perhaps Danny should get his good friend Hugo on the phone and convince him to send more than the token amount of aid Venezuela has contributed thus far to the relief effort.

Danny Glover certainly expressed himself poorly if not foolishly, BUT...there is something to be said for the fact that certain stupid short-sighted anti-ecological practices may make disasters worse. I'm thinking of the cutting down of nearly all forests making soil erosion much worse than otherwise, couple that with non-existence building codes and you can see what happened to shantytowns built on hills with easily detached soil.

I guess Danny is all torn up by "2012" Just as some drew similarities between "Dark Knight" and President Bush's struggle against terrorism, people concerned about global warming saw a warning in the movie "2012."

While I support conservation, alternative energy, etc, I don't buy into the urgency that is often used to promote change.

Agreed. Either that, or he has a bad case of "brain bubbles.".

The vibrations inherent in rap music, coupled with solar radiation and and natural carbonation occurring in some springs has apparently` caused Glover to overheat and fry a few of his relays.

"Global warming" in the sense that the Earth has warmed since the 1600's has nothing to do with earthquakes in general and absolutely nothing to do with the Haiti quake in particular.
I don't normally agree with you on the climate , but Danny is being very silly .

no offense to haiti, but i shutter to think that this will be the "defining moment in Obama's administration"...

then again, i have no business taking anything Danny Glover says for real...

Easy: he's an actor! He reads for a living. A writer writes a script, a producer gathers the resources to produce a film, a director tells him what faces to make, and then Glover reads. If he shows up to the set on time it's a bonus. If he can hit his mark on the first take the crew is nearly orgasmic.

The real question is why anyone should take these bimbos and their mumbled sentence fragments seriously. The vagrant on the corner griping about how Nixon stole his brain has no less credibility in my eyes than an actor.

Maybe he wanted to say that the plate movements that caused the Haiti quake also cause increased volcanic activity on the globe and that in turn might lead to global warming but due to age and too many Lethal Weapon sequels it didn't come out right.

What, that it was an even slower and more confused response that accomplished even less than what Bush did for New Orleans?

Well, the vagrant on the corner and Danny Glover both are lacking the same thing:

                                A real job.

The difference is one has a lot of money and too much time on his hands, while the other has no money and too much time on his hands.
