  • North Korea testing.....

It has been reported over dozens of news networks already today, the news that North Korea has tested a missile.

The North Koreans actually tested an anti-ship missile in international waters earlier today. I mean what is the world coming to when an Independent country tests its own weapons in the sea ? And it has also been pointed out that the test was correctly controlled by military specialists. They have a nerve don't they these North Koreans. First they sign into a treaty and then pull out of it (wonder who has done that before) and then they start to develop nuclear power. Didn't they know they are not allowed ? Only Western Europe, Eastern Europe, China, Japan, USA, Australia, Israel etc are allowed to develop Nuclear Power oh yes and nuclear weapons. Naughty North Koreans.

    P.S

How many nuclear weapon tests have the USA and France carried out ? Homework due in tomorrow.

This was not a nuclear missile test. it was simply a surface-to-vessel short-range tactical missile that landed into North Korean waters. Usual freak show from Pyongyang...

marko, marko please. the whole nuke issue isnt about who has them, anyone can i suppose, its who is dumb enough to use them. And unfortunitely after the "sea of fire" threat, looks like 'ol kimmy just might be that dumb. next closest thing on the "dumbdar", well look no further than the white house.

The North Korean public antics are nothing short of pathetic. They are acting like spoiled children. Bush didn't come running with presents like in the past. So now they are trying to scare us into submission. It worked on Carter and Clinton, so why not?

Kim is running out of options though. NK test fires and missile, and Powell basically said "who cares." Eventually, either North Korea will have to take more serious action and risk war, or comply.

My only concern about the North Korean's is the questionable political doctrine. Kim didn't fight his way to power. He achieved power through his father. That makes him weak and inexperienced. He might be trying to establish himself politically within his own government, or is being strung along by the pros. The US never really understood North Korean politics and that's never good. So we should move carefully.

Oh dear...I was actually fully aware that it was not a nuclear weapon test. I did mention in the text that it was an anti-ship missile test, hhmmm. Also it was no freak show, just a missile test, it could be classed as a freak show after the frenzied media reporting of the test.

What will be next ? '.....man crosses street in North Korea.....' or '...dog runs in park in Wonsan.....' ?
