  • White farmers to be given their farms back

The Zimbabwe government have reversed their racist policies of forcing White farmers off their lands now that Mugabee is dead who had put Black farmers in charge who have been astonishing failures at farming that caused their economy to crash
White farmers driven off will be compensated at least those that will come back it’ll be hard to encourage them back considering that it could happen again to them under another racist leader in the future
South Africa is having the same problems with White farmers being murdered and forced off their farms the ones replacing them are no better then the Blacks that took over in Zimbabwe hopefully they might learn what their economy will be like without the White farmers unless they reverse their racist policies soon

That is perplexing many Black farmers in the US don’t have a hard time running successful farms could be due to a lack of education and experience but it’s something that Zimbabwe has figured out that they need to have White farmers running the farms in order to succeed

I think this might be more appropriate:

Being commercial farmers in it to produce crops/livestock and make money. Having pride in an operation built by their family over decades.

Rather than being government appointed cronies who got the operations for free and have no incentive to try to make money with them.

i shared your question with my brother, who has lived inSouth Africa, Tanzania, and Kenya, and worked in additional countries in Africa. His response, "It’s hard to make an uneducated rural subsistence farmer into much else."

Well, thank you for those answers. That is a list that has no quick solution, it even has Cultural components that are never easy to change.

Second part; what can convince the White Farmers that the Government won't yank their land out from under them the next time an angry mob has to be appeased?

Majority of people do not understand how important food producers are. Its sad to see them humiliated and disrespected in many areas, yet lying journalist or instagram influencer is a career to make.

The same prejudice exists in the USA. They call Farmers "red-necks" here and say the nastiest things about them behind their backs.
