  • Touching movie scenes

On our long way to Ypres during the ACG Meet & Greet, Major Sennef, Torien and I had enough 'food for thought'.
At one moment the question was raised which movie scene we considered the most touching...you know those scenes that bring tears to our eyes.

This is the movie scene I then described:

However, I also could have mentioned this one:

Both bring tears to my eyes when I watch them, they are beautiful.

What are your most touching movie scenes?

    Greets,
    Stratego
Death is nothing, but to live defeated and inglorious is to die daily.- Napoleon

It is better to fail in originality than to succeed in imitation.- Herman Melville

            Invictus

A film full of wisdom, hope, compassion, forgiveness, strength, what it means to be human...
It is my belief that if you're not touched by this movie and especially the end scene, you do not truly belong to the human race ...

In Tombstone at the end where Kurt Russell comes in to see Doc and he says how are we today and he says I'm dying Wyatt. That entire scene breaks me up.
