Awesome movie in general and a Very Good ending.

But I prefer my liquid cold.
I go from town to town
    empty cups in my wake.
    I drink your Milkshake".

Just watched Tropic Thunder with Paulie here. Much better than I thought it would be. I'm not a big fan of Stiller or Cruise but both delivered. Especially Cruise. Jack Black and Robert Downey Jr. were excellent as well. And whoever the skinny guy with the glasses is. He is part of Dale Dye's crew. Lots of good cameos too.

        In the theater? Gran Torino.

        At home? The Crow.

A very sad story. I have not read Graham Greene's book but I was familiar with the story and also his politics, so I knew what to expect.

Even so, I thought the film was well done even though very sad. I have always liked Michael Caine as an actor.

            The Punisher:Warzone-violent and vulgar,loved it
Get Smart-not bad,3 stars from me
The duellists-classic film set during my favorite era. Great film.

Just watched this myself - very enjoyable. I cannot stand Cruise but have to agree, he played the part very well.

                Saw Valkyrie today

Spent the rest of the day crashed on the couch watching reruns of The Matrix series.

In the past few weeks, my wife and I saw The Day The Earth Stood Still. Stunk. Then we say Valkyrie. Excellent.
