  • Films the actor must want to forget

I have long assumed that Connery did Zardoz because he was unemployed and likes to eat like the rest of us.

Tonight, out of sheer boredom, watched Evil Toons while eating dinner. David Caradine must have been quite hungry when he did this one as well. I was unable to bear watching it. When my plate was empty a zoomed through the last 2/3s. Yep, god that movie was trashy .

    I didn't for a long time either.

Sylvester Stalone did soft core porn in "The Italian Stallion".
If you can't set a good example, be a glaring warning.

Yes and he should have stopped after that! Isn't he working on Rocky MXCXVII now?

Orca was a dumb movie in as much as dumb scripts go.

I like watching it just for the sequences that let you see the whales to be honest. The rest of the film is more or less garbage.

Kingdom of the Spiders, didn't rember Shatter being in that one. Been a while since I saw it though.

Deep Blue Sea was pretty much like most films involving water. It seems Hollywood has trouble making films in water that are any good. Loved the part where the shark gets him though. Only good part of the film. It was just so sudden

If you see Orca when you're 12. It's great.

                      Just curious MM

Why Ford in Force 10? I didn't hate the film, just didn't think he was special in it.

And why Williams in What Dreams May Come, I actually thought that was a good movie (even if a chic film by some person's means of measuring).

I just found the film enormously disappointing, probably because the opriginal actors were unavailable, but also becuase of the sheer idiocy of some parts of it.

A black soldier turning up? Pure Hollywood at it's worst.

Barbara Bach? Common, the Yugos had female partisans, but none of them looked like that while living in the mountains and bathing in streams.

All the shuckin' and jivin' made portions of the film look like a big joke.

Chances of Ford and whosis escaping from the bottom of the dam after being close by when a major explosion occured in a closed space - marginal to none.

Finally, way too far from the original story, which was pretty good although not one of MacClean's finest.

What Dreams May Come? I just couldn't get into it and seemed totally wrong for Williams.

Here are a couple of more "winners":

                              Eddie Murphy in Pluto Nash.

                              Bruce Willis in Hudson Hawk
