  • Ant-Man the Movie

I have been reading what is available online about this movie, and am wondering if Marvel is going to be able to pull off another miracle with it as they recently did with Guardians of the Galaxy.

It is a heist movie, but I don't know how it will fit into the overall MCU, unless the item required to be stolen turns out to be one of the remaining infinity stones. But that theme would seem to be out of place here.

I hope it turns out well but I'm not overly confident. They have had both writer and director problems, circumstances which usually lead to a defective product.

    Anyone else have any thoughts?

Ok, that was funny, but does anyone have any comment on this movie?

          Anyone?

This movie is one of the things that get me rather disquieted about Phase3 of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. First off Hank Pym and Janet van Dyne should be in Avengers2. This is the movie to introduce them to the MCU; they are founding members of the Avengers in the comics and need to on the team now.
As for Ant-man it not Hank but Scott Lang! And Wasp is Hank & Janís daughter Hope (who is a villain in the books). I donít like some of the decisions that are being made but so far it has all been good so Iíll wait and see, and cross my fingers.

You have to remember that not all of us know Hank's shoe size or if Janet dyes her roots.

That would require a thorough check.

The Agent Carter pilot episode ( 2 hours) debutted last night. Fair.

Yeah, it was worth watching, a fact which elevates it above most everything else currently being aired.

I did enjoy the Agent Carter premier. But, then again, I'm biased. I could watch 16 hours of Hayley Atwell reading from a phonebook and not blink and eye.
