I think most people would agree that John Williams should be given his own large private land mass from which to rule all would-be composers so that they do not stray from the true path of writing kick-ass film scores.

Either that or he should be givin his own holiday both in America and in Britain (since his favorite orchestra to record with is the London Symphomy Orchestra).

When Trumpets Fade? Honest to God, I don't remember their being a soundtrack to that movie. I need to watch it again.

Clear and Present Danger (well, at least the opening score and the helicopter insertion)
                            Crimson Tide
                            Patton
                            Last of the Mohicans
                            Das Boot
                            Armageddon
Gladiator (not the Cuba Gooding Jr. one)
                            Gettysburg
                            Das Boot
                            Glory
                            Lawrence of Arabia
                            Where Eagles Dare
If voting could really change things, it would be illegal.

Animal.... House! [squeaky high pitched adlib] Where the fun never ends!...

In seriousness I don't know too many good ones. Defintely Glory, Gladiator, the Original Star Wars Trilogy and Saving Private Ryan. But there are more I could add.
