  • "Brotherhood (Tae Guk Gi)" Korean War Film

This flick started playing in Seattle about 2 weeks ago. Has anyone seen it? Is it worth checking out? (the few reviews I've read said it is a fair film)

really? The film seems pretty tame in terms of politics (at least from teh writeups). Do most Koreans avoid discussing 'the war.?'

Koreans are conservative and very nationalistic. A film that approaches the concept that Communists are human and their own government being less then perfect is a bizarre concept there.
