    Cate Blanchett as Elizabeth I

Everyone in Caddyshack, as TheIbis has noted. Furthermore:

Johnny Depp & Bill Murray in Ed Wood
Brad Pitt & Rade Serbedzejiza in Snatch
everyone in Inglorious Basterds, actually everyone in every Tarantino film, ever.

                            Who, her?!

Just kidding. I loved her in that role, especially the way Hitchcock filmed the shot of her going in to kiss Jimmy Stewart as he slept. Beautiful woman. I only love Audrey Hepburn more, and even that is a close one.
