  • Look for a book recomendation

I'm looking for historical fiction around roman times - Julius Ceasar - Marc Antony - and such. I enjoy Flashman and Sharpe. So a bit of sillyness and humour is fine but I would prefer something kind of... political or adventur-ish. Any suggestions?

      I second this recommendation.

Another series you might consider is Conn Iggulden's Caesar series, which is not very accurate, but is a good read.

Well as luck would have it... I recieved some gift certificates for Chapters for my birthday. I was going to go pick up this book on my days off. But... as I was walking through another department at work I saw the book on a shelf where folks leave and trade old books. Lucky me.
