  • Thrilling WW2 Military Fiction

I've just finished an outstanding WWII book by Stephen Francis Foley. It's called Into the Lions' Den, and it follows operative Daniel Miller as he is plunged deep into the hell that is Stalingrad in 1942. He is committed to undertaking a terrible task - murdering the teenage physicist who the Germans want to use to initiate their Atom Bomb project.

It's a fantastic read with great elements of military action, personal struggle and excellent historical details. I really enjoyed it and wanted to recommend it to any other historical fiction fans.
