I was expecting a billing page that would allow me to easily use my debit card, instead I got a page with a list of banks and their hyperlinks. And Romanian banks are not listed. What am I supposed to do?

I can't stress this enough, but:
Do not under any circumstance use the default web billing/Billing partner option. Never allow those bastards to get hold of you Email address or bank details.
Switch to the"pay span" option. under that you'll have all the normal options, such as paypal.Winnie says
