  • A list of the BEST Nation Simulation games...

    Hey Guys,

I wanted to see if you guys have any good MODERN nation/military simulation games? I have a few , and here they are:

    1.) Cyber Nations -- http://www.cybernations.net/
    2.) Wargames 2.0 -- http://www.wargames2.net/GameIndex.aspx
    3.) Nation States -- http://www.nationstates.net

Do you have any other MODERN good ones? Thanks guys, I also wanted to set up a post, so that we could all create an alliance on one of these games, whichever game you like most, we could make an alliance for.

I played NationStates before, years ago. That was a hoot. Thanks for reminding me about it, I just created another nation. The only other nation simulation game I've played is called Travian. Fun, but I'm not as in to it as I was years ago.

I tried Nation States but not really into a role play on forums type Nation Sim.

I do like how you vote on an issue and it changes the write up of your nation though.

Any sims where this doesn't happen?

Wargames 2.0 is mainly military related, but has economy and politics involved...

The political and economical simulation game Ars Regendi may be the most modern one. It claims to be highly realistic and offers the possibility to lead a state alone or within small worlds with hundred other players.

Well, the game I'm thinking of isn't an MMO and is on a Mac, but Balance of Power was good back in the day.

Nation States is fun. eRupublic is also fun, but it's a type of citizen simulator.

                    Politics & War

There's a newer game called Politics & War that's really modern, it has its own in-game economy and a great war system

We should form an alliance over there
