My highest tier ship is the Omaha at tier 5. I do not fear battleships. I can do the circle of death and just chew then apart. Unless they are very lucky I take very little damage. It's a little silly that battleships aren't better than they are.

yep it takes a lucky shot from a BB to even the odds. if the CA gets into range.

I mean I lucky to get say thee hits every 30 seconds while a CA will get in 9 and probally cause a fire also.

I think we will likely see some re-balancing of the BB's in future to deal with this. I think they have been trying to stress the importance of team play by encouraging BB's to work with the rest of the fleet, but in Pubs this is still a hit or miss behaviour.

I've been moving down the German cruiser line and am enjoying it so far. I just have to remember not to over-extend myself and get caught out alone. I think this is very true of the Battleships as well.

Omaha's are recognized to be OP and the battleships they see most often aren't very good (especially the low tier Japanese), plus the players are often not as experienced.

Against South Carolina's with their horrible range and terrible accuracy, it's no contest. Against a New York driven by a more experienced player firing AP and aiming for citadel hits? That's a different story.

Just got started on WoW (not the warcraft one) this weekend because of ACG naval game. Started on my Japanese destroyer line, as that seemed to have the most bang for the buck. Enjoying it so far.

yeah DDs are fun run out try and not die but your going to because everyone wants to kill the DDs since they the most dangerous ships on the field.

And nothing feels better than when you get it a torp run right and sink a BB and they never even knew you were there

I'm not so sure...sinking a couple of DD's when they are trying to run down your battleship is kind of up there to.

                      WoW .... Command Keys

                      Greetings Guys;

I am using a tier 7 Cruiser, the USS Indianapolis.

While I am fairly new player, I have been trying to find a full set of keyboard
commands. I have downloaded the PDF for WoW, but, the PDF only list the
                      most common keys.

If possible ............. can someone post the full keyboard command list .. ?

                          Anyone still playing this?

I've seen a couple of videos of people playing and have just started downloading as I type this. I have no idea what to expect... is it something where you can either grind away or does it encourage people to pay your way up the ranks?

I still have it on my PC. Haven't played in a while as I have been playing WOT more recently. The concept is similar to WOT, but in my opinion it's much less pay to win than WOT.
