Computer woes, I need help!

    Thank your lucky stars its Fedex, If this had been UPS you might have had
    worse problems. I usually get my things from UPS, but if they mess up
    they won't try to fix it and leave you hanging.

    When you get home you could probelly go to their warehouse and pick it up.

      Truer words have not been spoken.

      No reason to call the credit card company, they will not do a chargeback as long as the package is still "on the way" delivered to you - which it is.

        The problem with in transit/shipped is that they shipped it to an address that I won't live at for another 7 months. During the winter I live in Vail, Colorado.

        But I got excellent news from the credit card company today, they are disputing the charge on my behalf. The clinchers were that I had sent 4 unaswered e-mails to Alienware trying to solve the problem and that I did not actually have the computer in possession.
