Of course it was, and a disgusting one (in my opinion that is, as I think this sort of realism shouldn't be in games).

      Tell me how it is.

Oh, and realism in games-oh, I forgot, maybe they should all be like this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yI7Dg9YnHe0

I think they just had a writer that got carried away trying to show how involved the character was in the Terrorist activities and was desensitized on how it would reflect on the population.

This is common in books where the author goes off on what he/she deems pertinent to the story but it will/can offend people since they are more concerned about the story rather than the people reading it.

I do think that this sequence was over the top and should have been shorter or different and was not necessary to get the point done.
Freedom is not Free it has cost millions of lives to obtain it and to hold on to it will cost even more lives of the willing and the brave!!

It was pretty short, unless you count the shoot-out with police and counter-terrorist forces, who are technically the good guys.

The actual killing of civilians was pretty brief compared to what can be done in Grand Theft Auto or many other video games.

It really wasn't that bad... I did worse the first time I played Postal...

Yeah in comparison to GTA it was nothing but for a game that you were supposed to be a good guy protecting people that wasn't what I was expecting.

I think it should be played once but the replay of that level is very low.

Despite popular misconception, commiting a few crimes doesn't you a "bad guy."

Many of the main characters in the GTA legacy have had redeeming moral values that seemed out place considering the violence they took part in.

In fact, the characters are often acting on behalf or in protection of friend or relative in their missions.

i thought this level was bland and unimaginative
                it seems so fake too
every time i replay the mission i find it absolutely boring
the people act like cardboard figures and the yelling and screaming sounds so fake

Come one people, it's just a game. If you think it's awful don't buy it and let the rest of us enjoy mowing down helpless imaginary video game people...
