  • What single battle/campaign do you have the most games for?

Not making this a poll... maybe I should... more likely someone else already has.

Currently I own more games on the Battle of the Bulge than anything else. I am sure that my list is microscopic compared to some but I got rid of everything I had aquired as a teen and then started rebuilding a few years back.

    My current titles BULGE...

    Nuts!
    Bitter Woods
Battle of the Bulge - AH 1981
Battle of the Bulge - AH 1965
Panzer Grenadier Bulge (in all honesty - don't currently own as I gave it to a friend about 2 months ago)
    Ardennes '44
    Tigers In the Mist
WARII (don't currently have WAR - but have in the past)
    Axis & Allies Bulge
    HPS Bulge '44
    One Page Bulge

    Anyone else?

Having been collecting games for a short period of time (a year now, but have no doubt, I'm pretty hardcore about it), I have been trying to get a balanced collection. I have a few games covering the Winter War at the tactical level. I have the GMT game for Gettysburg but I still want to get the Gamer's version and maybe even the Great Campaigns game if I can find it.

      Gettysburg - Badges of Courage
      Terrible Swift Sword (Gettysburg)
Bloody Enfilade (Gettysburg & generic ACW...my own home made boardgame)
      Squad Leader
      Cross of Iron
      Crescendo of Doom
      GI Anvil of Victory
      ASL
      Paratroper
      Beyond Valour
      Yanks
      ASL Solitaire
      ASL Starter Kits 1, 2, & 3
      Bastogne (Kyber Pass Games)

      Tide of Iron (pre-ordered)

      Roark`s Drift (TSR Games)
      Little Big Horn (TSR Games)
Battle of the Little Big Horn (Kyber Pass Games)

      Doom
      Doom Expansion
      Descent, Journeys in the Dark
      Descent Expansion

      HeroScape (plus all the expansions)

WAF owns Cry Havoc and all the Expansions

I guess I have more games on Gettysburg than anything else

I have 4 copies of the same game, Arab Israeli Wars, so i could play massive battles with them. But thats not what your after here.

        But most of my games are WWII based and dont have a battle theme to them. {SL series, UP Front ect...}

I do have a few themed games but not more than one to a battle.

Hells Highway - Operation Market Garden
B-17 Queen of the Skies - Not a specific historic battle, but battles none the less.
Panzer Armee Afrika - More of a Campaign game than a battle game.

For me it's definitely games revolving around Stalingrad. But, on the other hand I also have quite a few Victory Games Fleet Series.

I was going to say the Battle of the Bulge but I realized I actually have more games on the Pacific campaign in WWII.

Not counting games on individual campaigns and battles (which I guess was more what the original question was talking about) I have the following Pacific War titles:

              Victory in the Pacific
              Pearl Harbor
              Pacific War
              USN
Pacific Theater of Operations (sister game to ETO)
"Put guards on all the roads, and don't let the men run to the rear."
Major General John Buford's final words on his deathbed.

                I'm guessing Barbarossa.

                Followed by Overlord
Life is change. Built models for decades.
Not sure anyone here actually knows the real me.
                I didn't for a long time either.

Got 4 copies of Vietnam by VG I bought over the years, but the battle I have the most games for is surely Normandy (Longest Day, Cobra, The Killing Ground, Battles in Normandy plus countless scenarios in various computer games).

Tray, if you're a Bulge-ophile you need to get a copy of Danny Parker's Hitler Last Gamble. You also need the monstrous reprint of Wacht Am Rhein

SPI Operation Cobra - ok - more of a breakout game than Normandy

                    NES Killing Ground

                    Used to have...

You are correct... I have WAR II - Wacht Am Rhein II - have it punched and clipped and have soloed a turn or two but no local opponents.... yet... A bueatiful game if anyone cares about my opinion. Looks a lot more playable than a lot of the naysayers give it credit for. Not a simple game, but...

Have Parker's book, but not game... might have to get a copy. '86-'95 were my game free years - new wife, kids, business etc... so missing a bunch of games from that period.
