Didn't you defeat Poland? Didn't the Russians move in after you had secured victory? No need for the Russians to declare war when you had already beaten a country that was no threat to you.

So...if there is no declaration of war there is no problem? That is good to know. Since we didn't declare war on anyone we can all just go home and write this all off as a mistake by you.

Good question. The USSR is not going to un-invade Germany because of posts in this thread.

No. There is no mistake. Germany attacked Poland whom we had an agreement with to protect. In accordance to our agreement we declared war on Germany.

Not declaring war on a country before invading is not too sporting.

As did Russia. So in accordance with your agreement you will be declaring war on them also, I'm sure.

When did you deliver the declaration of war to France before your invasion of Syria?

It's called taunting, remember? Or try Role Playing.

I didn't say it was an OOC question.

So who are you taunting and what is that going to accomplish? We are already at war with you, the Soviets are at war with you. Do you think that we would through your taunting declare war agaisnt Soviet Union? Or that they will declare war against us?

The Soviet Union entered what used to be Poland after you had forced the Poles to surrender. No Poland; no need for the Soviet Union to declare war.

We did not declare war on France. The Free French are our friends and allies. We targeted the Vichy French who have chosen to forsake their countrymen and ally themselves with the Axis.

                          • unless you are unusually dense, the Vichy French are a neutral nation. I have it in no uncertain terms from the Vichy Ambassador, that had we entered Syria, it would have been under threat of war. Now that you have attacked the peaceful and neutral French people, it seems we are forced to drive you out so that they might reassert their sovereignty over Syria.

Of course we always knew that this war was about expanding the British Empire.....so, when are you going to invade the Russian Caucasus for the oil? I would accuse you of meddling, if your intentions to gobble up more land at the expense of neutrals and non-combatants weren't so obvious.

                            • Pray tell me, in what way is the British Empire expanding? What areas are we planning to add or have added to the Empire? Of course this discussion is completely useless since our alliance consits of more nations than just Britain.
