    1. Request priority refining capacity

    2. No changes in Theater Allocations

We shall see what happens with our request! I am in favor of anything that adds to our fuel stocks! The fuel allocation plan is already good, why mess with it?

My choice is to leave the Luftwaffe to maintain Air Offensive for twelve more days.

We should allow the Security divisions on mop up for another month or twelve days at worst. Choosing one month costs zero PP and makes von Leeb happy. If von Leeb is happy, we get bonuses and the Armies move efficiently.

Request refining capacity. We know we'll need the fuel. Worth the PP price.

Continue with the air offensive. We'll need air support, sure, but the less remains of the enemy in flying condition, the best for us anyway, both now and later.

Everything else: the 0 PP option. Partisans become a more serious problem if there are remnants of actually trained military units in our rear that can become their core, so let the RHGs do their job. No changes to fuel allocation.

              1. Refining Russian fuel is easier than getting new engines in the middle of a campaign.

              2. No changes in theater allocation of fuel. I can use the fuel but neither want to rock the boat nor change a winning team.

              3. Maintain the air offensive. I rather fight enemy ground troops without CAS than enemy airforce.

              4. Continue to mop up. Our enveloping strategy should mean the work isn't done yet. Voted only for AGS

I chose 0-cost options except for the Oil.
Looks like we need the points for allocating our cards anyway.
