    Call me interested too. I just found it.

    Tristan William Campbell.
    Scot who was born in 1919, he came to the same area and followed Dashwood around most of his life. He came to Hawkes Bay at 4. He followed Gerald through the digging, and has militia service. Tristan would be glad to follow Gerald Dashwood whereever he goes.

    Born 1916, he grew up the son of a WW1 vet in the horticultural "powerhouse" (i use the term loosely) of Hawkes Bay. Going to Napier Boys high school, he aced History and Geography, with average marks in other subjects. when the earthquake struck in 1931 the young Gerald led a band of his classmates through the town, digging out survivors. Finishing his school years as Dux and Head Prefect he went to Victoria University with a hefty scholarship. At the outbreak of war he's working through a postgraduate degree, honoring the memory of his recentl deceased father he has enlisted to join the NZEF Hawkes Bay Bn.
